Bishop Museum Learning Trip

It was a beautiful sunny day when we visited Bishop Museum today.  Besides watching the 'Up in the Sky' show in the Planetarium, we learned all about the different planets, played Hawaiian instruments, and saw huge extreme bugs that really moved.  The 'Extreme Bugs' exhibit will be ending soon, so hopefully our parents can take us to visit Bishop Museum again really soon.

Aloha Parents,

K-1 and their 7th grade buddy class  have started to practice for the  play, 'An Earth Day Story'.  It would be most beneficial if you could help your child memorize their parts and be comfortable with their scene.  They are quite excited working on this dramatization as they love being with their older buddies.

If your child wishes to share Easter goodie bags with his/her classmates, they  can be brought to school either Thursday, March 21st or Friday, March 22nd.

Please remember:

• Tuesday, March 19th - Library books due.  (Monday, March 18th Library class rescheduled to Tuesday, March 19th)
• Wednesday, March 20th - March Book Share due
• Wednesday, March 20th - Swim class (Friday, March 15th P.E. class rescheduled to Wednesday, March 20th)
• Monday, March 25th through Friday, March 29th - Spring Recess
• Friday, March 29th - myON Reader assignment due
